Commission Options

  • 0% - If you are experiencing financial distress and want to avoid foreclosure, we will negotiate with your bank to allow a Short Sale. Your lender will pay the sales fee and the standard closing costs. In this case, our fee to the lender will be paid and you a
  • 3% - If you find the buyer (no other agent involved) we will handle the contract, disclosures, joint negotiations & walk through at closing for a total fee of 3%.
  • 4% - If we find the buyer, so no other agent commissions are paid, we reduce the commission to 4.5%
  • 5% - No frills options and another agent is representing the buyer, the total commission you pay is 5%**
  • 6% - (most popular) At a full commission I will arrange and pay for a Pest & Roof Inspection and will provide any coordination and management for renovations or repairs. This includes fronting you the funds to achieve a higher market price if needed.*** 
  • *These services are available at 5% for homes over $1,000,000 **Minimum sales price must be greater than $350,000 (not applicable if referral fees being paid) ***conditions apply and funds are generally limited to $10,000
